Complaints / cancellations

 For complaints, please contact our service hotline.

We recommend that you install or connect Allow to exclude damage in any form the purchased components in a specialist. In nonspecialist installation / connection may void the warranty may.
Returns are in any case previously agreed with us. We hereby inform you, as the return is carried out or have them pick. If you allow the return without prior agreement, reimbursement is unfortunately impossible. Returns are also always completely frank. Freight collect can not be accepted for logistical reasons
Complaints must be filed before sending phone with us from Montag. Friday. 9.00am to 16.00 pm, you will receive an RMA number which is needed for sending. Non-compliance or submission of goods without an RMA number to accept the shipment will be refused.
When returning shall accompany:
Written description of the damage
Copy of the statement,
Proof that the goods were installed by a professional (installation invoice).

Upon receipt of the goods will be tested in our laboratory and will be immediately earnings. If not accompanied by the required documents, a processing can not be performed.
When not justified complaint we will charge a handling fee of 35 €. Advance replacement is performed NOT from us, so please keep their original parts for the period of warrenty for any return on.

In case of cancellation of the order before receiving the goods for a fee of 10% of the order is due to be addressed, for returns / complaints due to incorrect order. Therefore, we would ask you in future to check our order confirmations carefully.
Cancellations are only accepted by phone from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 16.00 pm edited.
